Why brands move here
Small first runs, without being treated small.
Most factories in Los Angeles will not tell you their minimum until you are on a call. Ours is ten thousand units per SKU, published, and it does not move, and you get the same chemist and the same project manager at run three that you had at run one.
More than half the brands on our floor placed a second order. A third of the ones who stayed three years are past a hundred thousand units. That is the whole business model: be the factory a brand can afford to start with, and be worth keeping when they can afford anyone.

Most manufacturers make you get on a call to find out whether you are big enough for them. Our minimum is ten thousand units per SKU, and it does not move. If that does not work for your launch, you have saved a week.

Quality & compliance
An in-house regulatory team, and a line that watches itself.
Our regulatory group works in the building, not on retainer, with experience across multiple countries and standards. Tell us where you want to sell and we will tell you what the market requires, and then put the file together.
The floor is fully automated and monitored around the clock. Camera systems run visual inspection on the line, so a problem is caught while the batch is still running rather than after it has shipped.
How we run quality
About
One plant in Chatsworth, and the people who run it are in the building.
Twenty thousand square feet, three filling lines, a chemistry and regulatory group down the hall from the floor, and fifty people who have done this before. Founder-led, with no outside capital, which is why the minimum is published and the first call is with a chemist.
