In the US, a product's claims decide whether it is a cosmetic or a drug. That covers the label, the website, the ads and the influencer posts. One wrong word turns a serum into an unapproved drug. We write every label to the US standard, which also clears EU expectations, so your launch never starts with a warning letter.
Our in-house regulatory team guides claim language, but final responsibility for marketing claims stays with the brand, and we recommend a review by your own counsel before launch. For EU and UK sales, your Responsible Person will need the safety assessment and evidence behind each claim. We help you prepare that file.

Not as a cosmetic. In the US, "acne" is a drug claim. Only products made with an FDA monograph active such as salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, and manufactured and labeled as OTC drugs, can use it. A peptide cosmetic can be positioned for blemish-prone skin and for how skin looks. We make both.
No. Those are drug claims. Peptide hair and scalp cosmetics can talk about fuller-looking, thicker-looking hair, scalp conditioning and hair that resists breakage. Influencer content counts as advertising, so the same rules apply to what creators say about your product.
