Formology Lab is a personal-care contract manufacturer in Chatsworth, Los Angeles. One 20,000-square-foot plant with three filling lines, a chemistry and regulatory group down the hall from the floor, and fifty people who have done this before. Owned and run by its founder since 2017, with no outside capital.

Fifty people work here: formulation chemists, a regulatory group with experience across several countries, a QC laboratory, planning and customer teams, and the crews on the three lines. The company is owned and led by its founder, with no outside investors, which is why the minimum is published rather than negotiated. Where your product is made
A smart factory that keeps count of every unit.
Over the last two years the plant was rebuilt around software written in-house. One system holds every order, formula, batch, lot and quality check, and the three lines are watched by in-line cameras around the clock. Your product is not made on a floor that finds out at the end; it is made on one that counts as it goes.
- Caught while it runs
A fill weight, a cap or a label that drifts is flagged by the camera on the line while the batch is still running, not found in a carton a week later.
- One record per unit
Every unit that ships can be traced back to its lot, its formula version, its fill data and the tests it passed. Ask for the record; it exists for every run.
- Your batch, in view
Where your run stands, what was filled today and what is in QC is a question with a same-day answer, from the system rather than from a walk to the floor.
The plant
Everything happens under one roof.
Formulation, compounding, filling, packing and release are done in the same building by the same people. Nothing is sub-contracted out and brought back; a batch that starts here finishes here.
