What we make

Skincare, haircare, and the drug products that sit beside them.

Skincare is where the lab was built, haircare and body care grew up beside it. A serum brief lands on a chemist who has run four hundred of them; a shampoo brief lands on one who has run the surfactant system before. We will still politely turn down your candle line.

01

Serums & essences

Water-based, oil-based, emulsified. Actives at label claim, stability tested. Airless droppers, pumps, ampoules.

02

Creams & moisturizers

Hot and cold process emulsions, from gel-cream to balm. Jars, tubes, airless.

03

Cleansers

Gels, milks, oils, balms and powders. Surfactant systems built to a target feel, not to a template.

04

Haircare & scalp

Shampoos, conditioners, masks, scalp serums and tonics, hair oils, styling creams and gels. Sulfate-free surfactant systems, scalp actives at label claim, anti-dandruff under the OTC monograph.

05

OTC drug products

Monograph SPF, mineral and hybrid (BEMT), plus anti-dandruff, acne, anti-perspirant and the rest of the monograph. Made under our FDA drug registration, with validated process, efficacy and stability testing, and drug-facts labeling.

06

Masks & treatments

Clay, cream, gel and sheet-compatible bases. Peels and exfoliants inside the pH limits that keep them legal.

07

Body care

Lotions, butters, body washes, body oils, deodorants and self-tan. Bring a body line on its own or alongside a face line.

08

Hand & nail

Hand creams, hand cleansers and polishes, cuticle oils. Retinal, ceramide and botanical-oil systems that survive a wash.

09

Intimate & wellness

Water-based and oil-based intimate moisturizers and lubricants, feminine washes, and skincare for perimenopause and menopause. pH-balanced, microbiome-minded, formulated to cosmetic standards.

How a run happens

Brief to pallet, in the open.

Indicative windows for a cosmetic SKU. OTC drug products carry their own testing on top. We give you real dates against your formula and your components once we have the brief.

  1. Week 0BriefFive questions and a benchmark. If we are not right for it we say so in the first week.
  2. Weeks 1–3BenchFirst submission from our chemists, then revision rounds until the benchmark is met.
  3. Weeks 3–8Stability4, 8 and 12 weeks at 40°C, plus freeze-thaw and packaging compatibility. OTC adds its own testing.
  4. Weeks 7–10Scale-upA scaled batch on the line the production run will use, not a beaker.
  5. Weeks 8–12ProductionBatch record, in-process checks, micro and viscosity release, then fill.
