How we hire
- Apply. CV, LinkedIn and one question. Five minutes.
- Test. If it fits, we send a link to a short online test, built for the role. About an hour, whenever suits you within three days.
- Meet. Two conversations, one of them on the floor in Chatsworth.
- Offer. Within two weeks of applying, or we tell you why not.
AI helps us read applications and mark tests. A person makes every decision, and reads every application that is turned down.
