What are you making?

Choose as many as apply.

Roughly how many units?

Over the next eighteen months. A rough range is fine.

Our minimum is 10,000 units per SKU. Pick the honest range even if it is under, we would rather say come back later than waste your quarter.

Where should we reply?

We reply the same business day, with a timeline or an honest no. The rest of the questions can wait until we know we are right for each other.

What brands ask before they send a brief.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Ten thousand units per SKU, one formula, one fill size. The same minimum applies to a first run and to a repeat run, and it does not move.

Do you publish prices?

One number is fixed and published: developing a custom formula is $2,500. Testing and production depend on the formulation, the fill size and the components, so they are quoted per formula, in writing, before any work starts.

How long does a cosmetic product take?

Indicatively eight to twelve weeks from an approved brief: bench work and revisions, stability testing at 40 °C and freeze–thaw, a scale-up batch on the production line, then production, release testing and fill.

Can you make OTC drug products like sunscreen?

Yes. Formology Lab is an FDA-registered drug establishment and makes OTC monograph products (sunscreen, anti-dandruff, acne, anti-perspirant) under cGMP. An OTC product takes indicatively twelve to seventeen weeks.

Can I bring my own formula?

Yes. Send it and we qualify it against our line, tell you what would have to change to run it here, and flag anything that will not clear regulatory in the markets you sell into.

Ten thousand units or more? Tell us what you are making.
