We make skincare, haircare and sunscreen for brands, from a factory in Los Angeles. There is a lot to show (formulas, the line, the lab, the people) and almost nobody showing it. You will plan, make and post our content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok, using AI tools for almost every step, and coordinate everyone else who posts for us.

What you will do

  • Run the content calendar: what goes out, where and when, every week, across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok.
  • Make the posts: short video on the floor, carousels, photos, captions, using AI for scripts, images, editing and first drafts.
  • Coordinate the people who post: our founders, sales and any agency or freelancer. You make sure the right thing goes out, on brand and on time.
  • Turn one thing into many: a guide on our site becomes a LinkedIn post, a carousel, a 30-second reel and a newsletter paragraph.
  • Watch the numbers every week (reach, saves, clicks, enquiries) and tell us what to do more of and what to stop.
  • Check claims before anything goes out. Sunscreen and acne products are FDA-regulated drugs, and some words are not allowed.

You must

  • You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, CapCut, Canva AI or similar) every day, and can show us content you made with them.
  • You know how each platform works: what does well on LinkedIn versus Instagram, sizes and lengths, hooks, scheduling.
  • You write clean, short English, and you can match a brand voice that is not your own.
  • You are organised. A calendar, a shared folder and a checklist are things you set up before anyone asks.
  • You can shoot decent video and photos on a phone.

Good to have

  • Beauty, skincare or B2B marketing experience.
  • Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Buffer / Later / Hootsuite.
  • Basic analytics: UTM links, Google Analytics, a spreadsheet with a pivot table.
  • A second language.

Your first ninety days

  • Week 1–2: audit every account we have, set up the calendar and the asset library, and post your first week.
  • Month 1: a steady rhythm of at least four posts a week, every one checked for claims.
  • Month 2–3: our first monthly report: what worked, what did not, and the plan for next quarter.

Probably not for you if

  • You want to post your own aesthetic. This is our brand, for manufacturers and brand founders, not consumers.
  • You avoid AI tools, or see them as cheating. Here they are the job.
  • You want to work fully remote. The content is on the floor in Chatsworth, so most days are on site.
